I have a large video sharing community website hosted with eMonsterhost for a little over 4 years now. I can definetly say their support is top-notch and the servers are reliable which is important to me. The uptime with my site is great and is especially important to me because my site generates revenue from ads. I would recommend this host to anyone.

"Cheap and Reliable Web Hosting"

I've been with eMonsterHost for about 1 year now and presently I am hosting all my websites with them.

I am a web developer so I work with all the new technology out there, so I am constantly in need of new plugins installed and account changes. The eMonsterHost customer support are always very helpful and replying extremely fast.

I've been hosting with large companies like godaddy and hostgator, and the major problem with most webhosts is customer support. I am pleased to say eMonsterHost has helped me a lot in the past year, they are very reliable and trustworthy.

The hosting plans are great, you get exactly what you payed for. They have very reliable servers and keep them updated which is very important.

Overall, after 1 year with eMonsterHost.com, I'm sticking with them, no other company has served me so far such quality for the money spent.

I use the shared hosting plan. The bandwidth limits are fair and resonable with what you pay for. Sometimes apache crashes when too much is downloaded from my website, though. Things that could improve is the route between my ISP and the server because my uploads and downloads aren't maxed out but others located other places can max out. The support is courteous and fast. Recommended if you need a host with lots of bandwidth for cheap.

"Customer service is a priority"

I've done business with several hosting companies over the years. Uptime and value have never really been a problem - I'm usually switching because I'm growing & the other company is offering some aspect that I'm in need of at a fair price. Only natural... Well, recently I've found all of these features at eMonsterhost. Great stuff - From personal to professional to resellers - You will find it & they will beat the competitors price. Customer service, commonly slow trouble ticket systems - or even non-existent - has also been outstanding here. Lately I've been looking to intensify my presence on the web. Someone from eMonster host has been there to compare notes with every step of the way. They have taken a personal interest in keeping me happy! Highly recommended.
